PART 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

All art prints are based on original works by Edvarda Braanaas and are offered as limited edition art prints. Some prints may be signed or numbered, as specified in the product description. Your purchase grants you the right to physically own the art print, but not to reproduce or use it commercially. Copyright remains with the artist.

We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any products or services you purchase will meet your expectations or be identical to those displayed or described in our store.

Your purchases are eligible only for returns and exchanges in accordance with our return policy (see: return policy).

PART 21 – GOVERNING LAW

Any disputes shall be handled by the Norwegian courts with jurisdiction in the Oslo District Court. You and EDVARDA.STORE agree that all matters shall fall under the jurisdiction of such courts.
