Return and Withdrawal Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your item. This is a legal right in Norway and Europe, and we voluntarily extend the same return period to customers outside of Europe.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Customers outside of Europe are responsible for covering return shipping costs as well as any customs duties and import fees.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
Want a different item? The fastest way is to return the product you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Right of Withdrawal (Europe)
If the item was shipped to an address within Europe, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This is a legal right in Norway and EU countries, and we extend the same terms to customers in other European countries outside the EU.
Return shipping costs and any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Returns Outside Europe
For customers outside Europe, we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive the item, even though this is not a legal requirement. The conditions are the same as above: unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs and any customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at edvarda@edvarda.art
For returns outside of Europe, any return shipping costs and customs/import fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
