When ordering items in this online store, you accept the terms described below.You must be at least 18 years old, or have your parents’ consent, to buy products.

The seller is Edvard Braanaas, Pilestredet park 34, 0176 Oslo, edvarda@edvarda.art, Org. nr. 979759452 and is hereinafter referred to as the seller. The buyer is the consumer who makes the order, and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer / you.


You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all your purchases. The right of withdrawal applies from the time you receive the product you have ordered. In the event of a return, you must contact Edvarda in advance of returning the product, pay for the shipment yourself and the product must be delivered in the same condition as you received it, with original packaging.

All prices stated in the online store include shipping, as the products are sent free of charge worldwide. Local import fees not included. Internationally shipped packages may be subject to customs and import fees. The exact amount of such fees are determined by your local customs laws. You will receive the products between 5 and 20 days after you have ordered. All prints are wrapped in protective tissue paper and rolled up for shipping in solid cardboard tubes. Uncollected parcels are sent back to us after approximately 14 days.


The store accept payment with Klarna, Visa, Mastercard and Stripe. If you are using a credit card or debit card when paying, the card will be charged on the same day as ordering. When paying with an invoice, the invoice is issued when the item is shipped. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is a minimum of 14 days from receipt. After completing the purchase, you will receive a receipt at the email address you registered upon payment. You will also receive an email when the package is dispatched. 


I hope you enjoy your print(s). Should you discover an error, you must inform of the error within a reasonable time. It must be present when you receive the product and must be documented at the same time, for example with a photo. If the product has faults or defects, you can demand correction, get a new similar product or cancel the purchase. If this is the case you must return the defect product, shipping charges are covered by Edvarda Braanaas. 


Edvarda Braanaas is responsible for all personal information shared in connection with purchases. The information is necessary to be able to send products to the right person and address, as well as get in touch if necessary in connection with delivery. The information is not shared with third parties under any circumstances unless it is necessary for the carriers to be able to deliver the goods to you. The information shared with the carriers is name, address, telephone number and desired delivery location.  Payment information is never stored, and all payments are handled by our payment partner Klarna and Stripe. 

Information about visits to the website is logged anonymously. The logs do not contain personally identifiable information, but are used to measure traffic on the website. This provide statistics that help us in the work of making our website functional and user-friendly.

You have the right to access what information is stored about you. You can request to delete or correct this information at any time. 


Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you download a web page. The purpose of cookies is to provide the online store with basic functionality such as session management, analysis, personalization and marketing. First-party cookies are necessary for the website to work. Third party cookies are used for analysis, marketing and personalization of the website. Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time. Email edvarda@edvarda.art. The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Norwegian Consumer Agency for mediation. The Norwegian Consumer Agency is available on telephone 23 400 600.

The European Commission’s complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint is submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.


Technical inaccuracies or typographic errors may occur. Edvarda reserve the right to alter or to update the information on this website at any time and without prior announcement.

If any changes are made to this statement, a revised version will be posted here with an updated revision date. I encourage you to review the statement regularly. If major changes are made that significantly change the practices, you may also be notified in other ways such as via email, or on the company’s website or social media.
